Garrison is the personal build base of any player. If you want to show your Garrison to any friend then you have to invite them. Form a Party with Your Friend:
Firstly you have to invite them to from a party. To do this:
- Press “O” on your keyboard to open your Friends List.
- Right-click your friend’s name and select “Invite to Party.”
- Alternatively, type the following command into the chat box:
/invite [your friend's character name]and press Enter.
Travel to Your Garrison:
The next step is go to Garrison. There are two ways to go to Garrison:
Use your Garrison Hearthstone: This is an item that teleports you straight to your Garrison. You’ll find it in your inventory by pressing “B” (the default key for opening your bags).
Travel manually: If you’re already on Draenor, you can fly or walk to your Garrison. It’s located in Frostfire Ridge for Horde players and Shadowmoon Valley for Alliance players.
Let Your Friend Enter Your Garrison:
Once you’ve arrived at your Garrison your friend can join to your Garrison. Here’s how they can do that:
If you’re the party leader, your friend can automatically access your Garrison. They’ll see a prompt or option to “Enter Leader’s Garrison.” This will appear on their screen when they try to enter their own Garrison or when they approach yours.
If your friend is having trouble entering, make sure you are the party leader. To check, right-click your portrait and look for the “Make Leader” option to give yourself leadership if needed.
Troubleshooting Tips:
- If your friend can’t enter your Garrison: Make sure you are in a party together and that you are the party leader. Double-check by right-clicking your portrait and selecting “Make Leader.”
- If you can’t see each other: Try disbanding the party and reforming it again, or both of you can leave your Garrisons and re-enter.
